Refund Policy

All refund requests must be made in writing to info@hockeyhubyyc.com.
Note: All credit card fees are non-refundable.

Camps, Programs & 3v3

• 30+ days before the first session - Refund (minus a $50 admin fee) or credit 
• Within 30 days of the first session - No refunds or credits.

Drop-In Programs & Clinics

• Credits only (non-refundable).

Rebels Hockey Academy

• 90+ days before start date - Full refund (minus a $500 non-refundable deposit).
• Less than 90 days before start date - No refunds.

Injury Policy

• No refunds once the season has started.

Force Majeure

The Hockey Hub will make every effort to deliver programs, tournaments, and events as scheduled. However, cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, fire, floods, equipment failures, pandemics, labour strikes, etc.) will result in a credit for the full cost, minus any non-recoverable expenses.
