Parker Aucoin
Skill Development Coach
Parker Aucoin is a seasoned hockey professional with a distinguished playing career and a deep passion for the game. As an accomplished offensive player, he brings extensive experience, strategic insight, and a strong commitment to player development. Parker's expertise in offensive skills, scoring techniques, and game strategy makes him a valuable asset for athletes looking to elevate their performance and compete at the next level. His dedication to mentorship and skill refinement ensures that players receive the highest quality training and guidance on their hockey journey. Parker was a 1st round WHL draft pick and played for the Tri-City Americans in the WHL from 2015 to 2019. He continued his hockey career at Carleton University in USports from 2020 to 2024 and has 1.5 years of professional experience in the ECHL. He now provides training and mentorship to athletes, focusing on offensive skills, scoring techniques, and game strategy.

Jesse Lees
Skill Development Coach
Jesse was drafted 9th overall in the 2010 WHL draft and played five years in the WHL with Kelowna and Prince Albert. In the 2015-16 season, he was named Prince Albert's top defenseman. He continued his hockey career at Mount Royal University (MRU) for four years, earning a degree in sport management. He was named to the USports All-Rookie Team in 2016-17, MRU's Male Athlete of the Year in 2017-18, and was an Academic All-Canadian all four years. He then played three years of professional hockey in the AHL and ECHL with Syracuse, Wheeling, and South Carolina. Jesse brings a long and successful coaching career with a strong ability to connect with young athletes. As a former defenseman, he specializes in developing defensive skills, hockey IQ, and positioning. His passion for the game and dedication to player growth make him a valuable addition to the Hockey HUB.

Nathan Rohl
Goalie Skill Development Coach
Nathan Rohl specializes in goalie development, bringing years of experience in training and mentoring goaltenders of all levels. He was ranked as a top-five goaltender in the AEHL (formerly SCAHL) and gained experience with the Olds Grizzlies in the AJHL and the Mountain View Colts in the HJHL. With over seven years of coaching experience, he has worked with goaltenders of various ages and skill levels in the AEHL, HSL, and PHL. His focus on technique, positioning, and mental resilience helps goalies refine their skills and elevate their game. Nathan's passion, expertise, and strong ability to connect with players make him a key asset to the Hockey HUB.

Brent Reed
Skill Development Coach
Brent grew up playing competitive hockey and later went on to play in the Semi-Pro league in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Sports have always been at the heart of his life, not only as a player but also as a coach and mentor. Over the years, Brent has coached both high-level hockey and baseball. He has also been involved in programs designed to help adults discover the game - whether they're new to Canada or finally getting the chance to play after missing the opportunity as kids. For Brent, coaching is about more than just teaching skills. His philosophy is rooted in passion, enthusiasm, and creating meaningful connections with players of all ages. He believes every player, no matter their experience level, deserves a positive, supportive environment where they can grow, challenge themselves, and most importantly - fall in love with the game.

Chevan MacKenzie

Chevan brings to The Hockey Hub a long and accomplished hockey career, paired with years of experience as a skills coach. His passion for the game, high energy, and ability to connect with athletes make him a powerful influence both on and off the ice. Chevan is dedicated to helping players push their limits, refine their skills, and build confidence in a supportive and challenging environment. We're excited to have him as part of the HUB team, where his expertise and enthusiasm will inspire the next generation of players.

Justin Zillies

Justin's true passion lies in the game of hockey. His journey has taken him through every corner of the sport - playing, officiating, and coaching at various levels from U7 all the way through to Junior. With experience in both on-ice and off-ice training, Justin is committed to helping athletes reach their full potential. His coaching philosophy is built around connection, ensuring players of all levels feel supported, challenged, and inspired to grow their love for the game.

Daniel Down
Skill Development Coach
Daniel brings a long and successful hockey career to The HUB, highlighted by setting scoring records in Junior hockey and continuing his playing career overseas in Germany. His time as a high-impact offensive player shaped the way he now coaches - emphasizing creativity, confidence with the puck, and finishing skills. Daniel's mentorship style is rooted in building strong connections with players, instilling belief in their abilities, and encouraging them to challenge themselves. His goal is to help athletes not only develop elite offensive instincts but also maintain their passion and love for the game.
